Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and very well maintained, but unfortunately, some furniture like the couch and headboard showed noticeable wear and tear. The tub had a bad ring, which was not appealing. The location was convenient with nearby attractions, but the area around the water park was less than desirable. The service was excellent, with staff members being helpful and respectful. The dining experience was good, especially at the hotel restaurant for breakfast.
The hotel had very loud teenage girls that made it very hard to sleep, and it was very far from the waterpark. I felt like I would have been better off at a motel.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms were quite comfortable, but we were disrupted in the middle of the night by noises from other guests. The hotel had a terrible smell and the covers were dirty, which made for a disappointing experience. The service was a bit preoccupied with previous issues and didn't provide the best solutions. However, the location was convenient with nearby dining options and shopping. The facilities were decent, but not exceptional.
I found the hotel to have its ups and downs. The location was superb, with convenient access to brewpubs and bbq joints across the street, but the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The service was friendly and accommodating, yet there were some hiccups in communication. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a variety of choices, and the facilities, including a nice jacuzzi and swimming pool, added to the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was great overall. The rooms were fairly clean and comfortable, although there was some mold around the bathtub. The service from front desk to housekeepers was very cordial. The location was perfect for my visit to Robertson's Violin, and they had an amazing water park right in the lobby. The dining experience, however, was disappointing with a disgusting breakfast. The facilities were good despite some issues.
The hotel had a convenient location with brewpubs and bbq joints across the street. The rooms were nice initially, but noise issues arose in the early morning disrupting our sleep. The hotel had a dusty and terrible smell, with a dirty cover, providing a disappointing experience. However, the service was professional and accommodating.
I stayed at the hotel for my son's birthday party. The rooms only had a couch pull-out and a King-size bed. Unfortunately, the room was extremely cold, which was disappointing. The location was convenient with brewpubs and BBQ joints right across the street, but the service was a bit lacking with some staff being rude and unfriendly. The dining experience was underwhelming, but at least it was in line with the usual free breakfast. Overall, the hotel has some positives but some notable negatives to consider.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were large and clean, but unfortunately, one night there was a grinding noise that bothered me. On the positive side, the staff was very helpful, and even took care of all the arrangements for my family's spring break vacation.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, close to amenities and my business destination, while the rooms were quite disappointing, lacking basic amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the dining options left much to be desired. The facilities were average, with some highlights but also some drawbacks.
I really loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy, making me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with the staff always wearing a smile and going the extra mile to assist. The location was wonderful, providing easy access to nearby attractions. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, lacking variety in the breakfast options. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic service and amenities.
